Thank you for your most recent order. I wanted to inform you that the Biotic Boost Chews for kids require refrigeration and are not recommended for long periods of time in hot temperatures which may occur with International shipping. Even though we are willing to ship you this product with a cold pack included, we cannot guarantee that the probiotics will be protected during the summer months. The cold pack will melt over the shipping process. Please let us know if you would like us to proceed with this order as is or refund you for the Biotic Boost Chews for kids.
