Nutritional Hope for Mental Illness

Mental illness comes in many forms and for many complex reasons. Based on emerging scientific evidence, targeted amino acids and other
combinations of nutritional supplement protocols may be appropriate for controlling major sadness, nervousness issues, eating disorders, those with lack of focus or are inattentive, addiction, and developmental related issues. For better mental health, first start with
proper diet and good, consistent sleep patterns.*

Inflammation may be the underlying cause of many mental disorders. Starting with proper diet, avoid foods that cause inflammation:

· Sugar, refined carbohydrates, high fructose corn syrup

· Gluten

· Casein and dairy

· Red meat/processed meat

· Artificial trans fats such as hydrogenated fats/ vegetable oils such as soybean oil

· Processed foods/fast foods and junk foods·

Products like CBD, PEA Soothe Support™ are outstanding and Omega 3s are essential in reducing inflammation. Since the consumption of omega-3 fatty acids from fish and other sources has declined in most populations, the incidence of major depression has increased. The research has shown that two omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA found in fish oil, elicit antidepressant effects in humans. In addition to omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B (e.g., B12, B6 and folate), and magnesium deficiencies have been linked to depression/anxiety. PEA Soothe Support is a great formula to help reduce the inflammation in the body and brain and along with CBD by Neurobiologix can be a great combination for those experiencing mental health issues such as high stress, sadness or generalized nervousness.*

Randomized, controlled trials suggest that patients treated with doses of the right kind of folic acid and vitamin B12 will exhibit decreased depression/anxiety symptoms. Gradually add your methyl B12/B6/folate though a daily intake of Methylation Complete™ and/or Methyl Folate Plus™.

Products like Mood Plus™ and Pro GAD Enhancer™ are safe and effective for balancing those important amino acids such as 5HTP and GABA. These building blocks of protein are the raw material for your neurotransmitters. A neurotransmitter (NT) is the chemical messenger used by the neurons in our brain and central nervous system to communicate with other neurons. The brain uses neurotransmitters to tell your heart to beat, your lungs to breathe, and your stomach to digest. But these neurotransmitters can also affect our mental health, including mood, sleep, concentration, weight, and can cause adverse symptoms when they are out of balance. When these neurotransmitters are imbalanced, they can encourage anger, tension, over-arousal, fear, stress, aggressive behaviors, violent impulses, obsessive compulsive actions and thoughts, nervousness and sleep disturbances.*

Some of these amino acids such as L-Tyrosine, L-Taurine, L-Methionine are in products like Full Focus™. Along with Bacopa, SAMe and Green Coffee Bean Extract these ingredients may help to reduce inflammation, boost brain function, thus may help reduce lack of focus symptoms, increase memory and may help to calm nervousness and stress.*

Good, consistent sleep is vital for good brain and mood support. The combination of the ingredients in Neuro Night Essentials™ will help naturally boost levels of these important neurotransmitters that promote relaxation prior to bedtime and promote deep and complete stages of sleep. And finally, Night Night™ liposomal spray for all ages to support the sleep cycle. This great-tasting spray blend includes Melatonin, GABA, and a bit of Glutathione to assist in the liposomal delivery system which makes this sleep spray one of a kind!
