Two quick ways to sign up for Auto Refill.
- Call - Our customer service reps, at 866.500.5388, will be happy to set you up. You will need to supply your email address for reminders about upcoming shipments.
- Billing: Your auto refill purchase will continue until you freeze or cancel your order. When we ship your order we will automatically bill your credit card for the purchase of the price of the product(s) you specified when signing up. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order shipping. This amount will remain the same unless you change the auto refill product(s) and/or intervals. You can update your credit card information by calling us at 866.500.5388.
Freeze or Cancellation Process
We would hate to see you go, but if you must, you can cancel your Auto Refill anytime by emailing orders@neurobiologix.com or calling 866.500.5388, ext. 1 or ext. 3.
If you choose to cancel after the order is shipped, we will need to charge a shipping and restocking fee of $8.95. There is no charge if you cancel before the order is shipped.
Restrictions
Auto Refill is available to the contiguous 48 states and is subject to change.
Various promotions, products and sales are not eligible for Auto Refill/Subscribe & Save including but not limited to email specials, social media promotions, affiliate offers, multiple bottle purchases promo offers, closeout specials, deals of the day, discontinued, clearance, or inventory blow outs.
