International Shipping Policy:
Neurobiologix is not responsible for any shipments once they leave the United States. All international shipments not received internationally will be at the loss of the customer. Neurobiologix will provide package tracking to the customer via email.

If you would like to expidite your shipping please call Customer Service at (866)500-5388 or you may choose UPS 2nd day air at check out. All orders received during business hours before 1pm (CST) stating 2nd day air will ship that day. All orders received after 1pm (CST) will ship the following business day.

Do you ship to my country?

Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

What are my payment choices?

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

You may choose between USPS First Class, Priority or Fed X Ground depending upon the weight of your shipment.

To Request a quicker delivery system you must call 866.500.5388 to place you order and pay the additional fee for overnight or 2 day delivery.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?


INTERNATIONAL:
USPS INTERNATIONAL
(2-4 weeks or more) NOTE: These time frames are not guaranteed due to customs. If you do not see shipping options via yoru country at check out we will contact you once the order is placed with the shipping cost.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL
(6-12 business days) NOTE: These time frames are not guaranteed due to customs.

You will receive an email with your tracking details when you order is shipped.

You must contact us within 14 business days from when your order was placed if there is a shipping issue or you did not receive your package. After 14 business days the shipping of that item is closed and will not be reopened.
